Director Gina Pickering is an award-winning writer, curator and content producer. Her research and curatorial contributions to cultural outcomes are acknowledged with national and state-based awards.

Latitude Creative Services uses words, images, sounds and cultural heritage values to contribute to community wellbeing and understanding.

Latitude Creative Services and its associates research and develop linear, interactive and experiential outcomes and programs for government, not for profit organisations,  museums, heritage agencies and communities in Western Australia. Principal, Gina Pickering has developed and implemented interpretive approaches for places of state and national significance, including the WA Museum Boola Bardip; Fremantle Round House; Perth Observatory; Heathcote Cultural Precinct; Christmas Island; Ellensbrook at Mokidup; Peninsula Farm; Gallop House; Artillery Drill Hall; Old Perth Boys’ School and 57 Murray Street, Perth.

Gina works closely with the Noongar Elders and community on cultural heritage projects and has produced unique audio visual outcomes such as:  Laurel Nannup: Destiny by Design (2018); Fanny Balbuk Yooreel: Realising a Resistance Fighter (2017); Barnum Warra Kartaga Longa Koort Boomgur - Smoking Ceremony at 57 Murray Street (2015).

As Project Manager and Lead Author for marli riverpark: an interpretation plan for the Swan and Canning Rivers (2014), Gina collaborated with a Noongar advisory panel and 21 local government authorities.
